1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
A sprinkle black pepper
A sprinkle ginger powder
A pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoon coconut cream optional
1 teaspoon honey optional

Place the milk in a saucepan over low/ medium heat. Bring to a low boil. Add all ingredients except the honey. Let the mixture simmer for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool to a warm drinkable temperature. When the mixture has cooled, the honey can be added for extra sweetness.
