1 small clove garlic
1 tsp bouillon
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup oil

In a deep bowl place the soy milk, garlic, lemon juice, bouillon and the boiled potato. Use a hand blender to blend the lot.
Ad the oil gradually as you continue blending until smooth.
Store in the fridge up to one week.
