1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries

Directions
Brown puffed rice, rich macadamia nuts, rice syrup, flavored with strawberries…. a pleasure to eat. Agar-agar powder is very important in this recipe because it is the only ingredient that binds everything together. Also, its important to use powder as the flakes work different. Agar can be purchased from health food stores or asian stores.

Macadamia butterIn the food processor blend the macadamia nuts until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides from time to time. |

In a large saucepan on low-medium heat, combine ½ cup of macadamia butter, rice syrup, salt, agar powder and vanilla. Stir continually as mixture heats until it starts to bubble. |

Remove from heat and add the Puffs and the dried berries. Transfer mixture to pan and press in evenly. |
