5 tbs chia seeds white
1tbs honey or other sweetener
100g raspberries
100g coconut milk light organic

    Combine the soy milk, honey and chia seeds and allow to sit overnight in the fridge (8-10 hours). The chia seeds will swell and the mixture will become in a jelly-like consistency.

    Mix half of it with the raspberries and half with the coconut milk.

    Layer the chia seed mixture in a glass and decorate with fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
