Adjust Servings:
3 carrots
3 onions
3 potatoes
1 red capsicum
6-8 zucchini
4 stock cubes Massel
1/4 cup olive oil
water To fill up the 5 l pot

Done

Chop all the veggies in big chunks. Put them to boil in a 5 l pot until soft.

Remove from heat and blend them in blender or with a stick blender.
Important!!!
Add the oil as you blend it.

Serve soup with a scoop of boiled rice or just with freshly chopped parsley, cayenne and roasted seeds.
